  • Thank you so much for your input, it has been truly valuable. I will start and try to take note of differences and reactions to my new eating habits, I will also put effort in the food I am cooking so that I get something tasty and nutritious.
  • I am a little bit worried about the grumpiness too, but for now I went through some list of foods that are very low carb so that I can consume a lot to try and trick my head into it. Things like mushrooms, beetroots, lettuce, tomatoes etc. We will see how it goes.
  • Yes I know there hundreds of diets out there but I think this one is the one I should be trying. It seems like it is quite healthy too especially compared to the Keto trend and the chemical ones. Can you give me an example of what you learned?
  • My workout today was one hour of strong flow yoga arounf 1pm but then I was feeling a bit down around the evening so I went for a 30 1minute interval run.
  • Hello, I got the xiaomi Mi body composition 2 and it is really great. It provides full body composition and body balance data and it is cheap. Be careful not to mix it up with the xiaomi Scale 2 because apart from weight it doesn't provide any additional data
  • Yes, it has been a big change but I think it is a good opportunity to build some long-term healthy habits anf get back to my original size
