The minimum a sedentary male should be eating is 1500 calories a day. Are you eating back your exercise calories?

Why do you need to lose 70 lbs in 5 months? That's 14 lbs a month, which is not healthy weight loss. Unless you are planning to be under the care of a doctor.

First congrats on your success. That's amazing! Second weigh it raw, but don't forget to add any oil or butter if used.

If you put down the $500 deposit, and the classes are $27 a piece 3 days a week for 6 weeks. Isn't the challenge in total costing almost $1,000? If you know the challenge is unrealstic, but like the classes why not try to get your money back, and continue with the classes?

I made the choice to switch from coffee creamers, and now drink coffee with a splash of milk, or a half scoop of protein powder. I haven't reached my goal range yet, but I'd like to not weight less than 130, or more than 140. This puts me at the mid range of a healthy BMI.

Are you logging and eating back your exercise calories? You shouldn't be netting less than 1200 calories a day.

If you haven't recently can you schedule an appointment with her pediatrician to get advice on her weight gain, and overall health. Getting insight from a doctor might help your ex see how important her weight and overall health is.

How long have you not been seeing any changes on the scale? How much weight are you trying to lose? What is your weight loss goal set at?
