  • I found that if I don't see progress on the scale, I see it in inches. I highly recommend measuring once a week or every other. It's exciting when you see 2 inches gone on your waist or hips! Almost better than pounds!
  • You could try pressing raw loose sausage on the bottom and put your egg mixture on top. That way the grease from the sausage will keep the bottom from sticking. You could also try smearing butter, coconut oil, or bacon grease instead of a spray so it gets a thicker layer. The more fat the better, right!? 😁
