Yes. When I exercise, my calorie allowance goes up. Still hungry. I would like a recomp but would still like to go down in weight as well (I used to weigh 120-123). But then again, I'll probably just play it by ear (or eye haha) and see if I really want to go down in pounds as my body comp changes to more muscular again.

Yeah, it's more of a recomp since I can feel I've lost muscle. My body fat had increased which is why I was wanting to lose a few pounds but the main goal is to bring down my body fat percentage a bit and get back my muscle. Thanks all, this gives me an idea of a starting point. and @cmriverside, I completely agree with you! If I put sedentary, I find the calorie suggestion too low, even if I'm accounting for exercise. I get verrrry hungry and tired and then I can't sleep at night because I haven't eaten enough. But I'll keep playing around…
