I do it daily and record it if I lose weight or on my Monday check in. Allows me to see a consistent improvement and if I go up on the monday by tuesday usually gone back down lol.

I've lost 46lbs and honestly dont feel different but everyone says I look like I have... i have lost 2 inches on my stomach and find exercise easier to manage so happy though...

Hey there. Aripiprazole is the best for weight gain it doesnt increase appetite like the other 2 you mention.

Just reached my 60 day milestone and 26.25lbs down 23stone to 21st 1.75lbs as of today... onwards to my first major goal of being 18stone still overweight but a huge improvement for me
