Baked donuts made with flour, egg, coconut oil and banana. Topped with a Greek yoghurt chocolate frosting. No refined sugar! Gives me a nice carb fix in the evening with a cup of tea.

Hope everyone is getting on well with their goals. I am down to 78.7kg (1.3kg lost). Finally starting to see results, since I started three weeks ago. Slow and steady wins the race! I am now used to eating lighter foods but still allowing myself a treat now and again.

Bought a 16kg kettlebell today to add to my workouts (currently just doing jump rope). Hoping it will help with getting stronger as well as leaner.

I haven't seen much movement on the scales so I have taken body measurements, as I do feel a bit trimmer. Will weigh myself in another week and see. Finding it hard to stick to the 1400 calories a day, exercising is easier!

Hi all, I have a similar amount of weight to lose. Height: 5'6 SW: 176 lbs GW: 154 lbs Eating pretty healthily but have had to cut down on the high energy foods such as nut butters and dates.
