Im 5'5 i weigh 162 i wear size 12 US jeans and small tops ,i have a hourglass shape .my goal is 140 . i have lost 31 lbs so far . my body fat percent is at 29 % i want my body fat down to 20 % . i lift weights 3 times a week for a hour n half .

Cut out sugar and eat a more high fiber diet while being in your calorie deficit and the weight will just fall off gradually 👍💐

Ohh no .. I was unaware of what 10 % looked like . i guess im just looking to be firm with more muscle than fat.

Yes exactly what i meant . each muscle group . my goals are to get to 10% body fat . im actually at 153 lbs with 28% body fat and 32% muscle . i do all your regular variations . my problem may be that i have not yet challenged myself out of fear of hurting myself with poor posture .

I do all of theses now , im only lifting 50 lbs right now , im adding weight as it gets easier .. I just thought i could find 3 main workouts that work each area of the body to create a 3 10×10 plans . they do get boring sometimes ..i have about 120lbs of weight caps that im eventually going to work up too.

I started with myfitness pal and i live by it , it has helped me stay on track with my eating habits , i have lost 41 lbs so far 196- to 155 now , my goal weight is 140 lbs , a year of great challenges and a strong mind . 👍😊🌻💐

Well I can't type today .. ha...I meant once a month I have crash days basically 😅 because I am a human being but I am very mindful about everything I consume, I believe everything counts.

It's like being embarrassed to run in front of people , that was me , until my husband made me realize that it's my life and my story , the people around you are not the ones writing your story ,you are .. that really helped me soooo much . ❤️
