Milk, fish, eggs, almonds, black beans, corn, hemp seeds, yoghurt, and whey protein supplements. I have recently been having 1500 calories but I upped it to 1800 calories yesterday and I felt more energetic, I felt less tired. If I can continue to lose weight while having a few more hundred calories a day, I will go with 1700 calories.

I carry a two litre hydration pack when training outdoors. I would say I’m someone that could drink more water but it’s difficult to keep on up top of unless you start to become dehydrated.

It is a lot more complex than that but the general idea of hypertrophy is to work your muscles to stimulate growth. Many bodybuilders do intense hypertrophy routine with either 3 sets of 10 repetitions or 4 sets of 8 repetitions. I am sure Chieflrg will explain it in a lot more detail than me.
