I used to use a large Chunky Soup size can to roll my foot on and Ibuprofen therapy. Haven't had pain once though since I've dropped some weight.

I've learned I am accountable to nobody but myself. That said, it's nice to have MFP and the community to help cheer you on and support you when/if you need it.

I understand and this is correct but the way I understand OP's question is they are asking about specific threads, not the menu. Example, the nsv thread...OP doesn't want to read the older nsv comments from 2014, they want to jump to current dates so yes, they'd have to scroll to the current page in that thread.
