I only count that stuff if its an very rare, abnormal activity, like, cleaning out the basement. I don 't count daily/weekly normal activity like cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping the kitchen floor or vacuuming.

I will add folks when a request comes in, yet very picky on deciding who I keep around after about 2 weeks. If you aren't willing to share your diary and don't interact pretty much daily, then I will delete them. It's nothing personal, it's only I dont need folks around me who arent 200% into this. Sounds harsh, sorry.

Definitely rice and pasta for me too. And oddly, I don't miss them. I'd rather bulk up on roasted veggies in my stir fry than rice.

Ok, this will sound super goofy, but when my mind starts to stress when I'm trying to go to sleep, I start listing all the healthy fruits and vegetables I can think of, in alphabetical order. It makes my mind focus on something besides what I was worrying about. I rarely make it past T or so. 🍎 Told ya it was goofy.

I have HUGE salads so I also log everything by grams. Its amazing how quickly fresh veggies can add up when you have alot in your bowl. It's super easy too once they are already in your database, just have to click the box and adjust the weight if necessary. Takes 2 minutes. I personally love seeing all that good stuff in…
