I'm finding for myself, that on a 'cheat day' that I feel sick afterword. So, they are few and far between for me. I'll typically eat at maintenance calories or have one item that I've been craving, rather than go all out.

Hello! I'm 5'4 and started at 235. I'm now down to 197 since January doing nothing more than maintaining a calorie deficit slowly moving in to cycling. Please have faith and confidence that you CAN do this without surgery, you just have to start making small changes and stick with it. If I can do it, I know you can too. 😁

I always weigh less in the morning. First thing, after emptying bladder and in the nude. I can weigh as much as 5 lbs higher if I weigh before bed, so the morning gives me the best baseline to determine consistent, true loss.

I was also class 3 when I started and am now class 1. Down from 235 to 197 in Onderland today, since January. Seeing the graphs fall below each Obese class is extra motivation for me, and awesome NSV`s. Welcome back. You got this!

I hate it too, but I found indoor cycling I hate LESS than other types. Consider finding what you hate least. 😁

I considered trying Noom, but decided I'd much rather have the money spent on Noom to buy new clothes for the 35 pounds I've lost so far on MFP!
