Good morning all. Another one in the UK. Lost 2 stone since August, with another 2 to go but, hit a bit if a wall over last month. Also trying to reverse type 2 diabetes without meds, which thankfully is moving in the right direction. Im on 1500 cals per day and, on weekdays, approx 15,000 steps.

If I was a SHE I would be worried! 😊 In terms of full introduction then .... I am 56 year old, semi-retired male. Part time job where I do approx 8000 steps a day, then approx 7000 steps walking the dog. Type 2 diabetic which, having already lost weight, is now borderline prediabetic. Moving in the right direction.

Food logging very accurate. Everything is weighed as I have always done. Steps also accurate. Ive only been using the app for 4 weeks and set the goal at 2 lb per week when i started.
