The Canadian system, or the system in the province of Quebec is somewhat similar, we have “free” daycare, parental leave and so on...

In the Canadian province I live in, welfare for the “able-bodied” is the equivalent of 515 USD a month. Not many people are on that program, we're talking about 3-4% of the active population. And if this program didn't exist I don't think these people would work anyway.

I've asked google that question :D , it seems that generally women prefer arms, back muscles or chest. Or something else entirely.

As a Canadian living in a smallish city of about 500k people, if you make over 28k USD that is a livable income for a single person. For a couple of years I was making this salary and it was alright, none of my co-workers were in debt. They were doing just fine. It may have to do with the progressive tax system, my net…

On the incline curls your elbows should be closer to the body, from that angle it's hard to tell but this exercise works the long head of the bicep which is done with the elbows close to the torso. Also if you want a really good exercise for the triceps on an incline bench with dumbbells you should try this, it is great…

They were a lot of friendlier when they didn't have to wear masks 24/7, I don't blame them. It's a public policy in my province that is still in effect today.

Since 2014, I started tracking macros to lose weight after a never-ending bulking phase, it worked.

75% lower-middle class. I don't like anything fancy.

Is 35 supposed to be old for strength training? I'm 32 and don't feel I have a weaker potential for strength, maybe it's because I started really young.

Good analogy :D

I said he doesn't workout. And 200lbs lean at 5'9 is incredibly hard to achieve without certain substances.
-
No he bragged about his healthy weight being 200 because his doctor said so. He really believes at 200lbs he's not going to have another pound to lose. It's possible that he misinterpreted what his doctor said, I can't verify that. Another coworker of mine is 5'5 230lbs and he says his healthy weight is 160, even though…

What if there are 3 squat racks and no one is using them? This is often the case at my gym, particularly late at night.
-
I do about 6 hours of weightlifting per week and i'm starting to think it's too much. And it's the only form of exercise I do. I think it's all relative, for me it may be too much for another person it is different. There's also stress tolerance that is involved.

Strong range of motion 😆. What is the purpose of the belt for benching?
-
A BMI of 28 vs. a BMI of 25 is a 20lbs difference, it is quite significant. I don't think "slightly" out of range is the right wording. Your doctor would let you know if you were 20lbs overweight.

I've been in the gym for more than a decade, i've never seen 3, 4 or 5, not even once. Maybe it's the demographics of my area, it's different than the US.

Women can stare too, but men don't care, on the contrary.

No but I once heard a woman fart while training, she laughed and said sorry. That's it.
