Ohhh it’s really easy. Traditionally it’s made with lettuce (it’s perfect for using the outer leaves of romaine) but I made this one with Swiss chard. Great news! And a standing desk will burn a few more calories for sure, but the bigger benefits will be in your back and core. Did they get you a mat to stand on as well? Because it’s aaaallllll about the mat if you want to use it for long stretches.
