220's have been a big hurdle for me, I got to 210 before but gained weight and been stuck at 220+ for a long time! I'm finally out as well!! 217.4 currently

Water has been helping me a lot with hunger as well, so yeah up that water intake, it can only help, of course it's a bit annoying going to the bathroom a lot :D but the pros outweigh the cons.

Always been in the battle of the bulge but now I feel I've learned a lot about my hunger cues/cravings during this isolation, I'm still not 100% on track with the nutrition but I feel like I'm no longer stumped by it, as for a reason to lose weight, generally to look and feel better and to lessen the strain on my body…
