I use the peloton app. It has a variety of classes including strength training and boot camp. I think they give you a free introductory period to see if you like it.

I’ve probably done every diet in the world and I always lose weight but gain it back. For me those diets aren’t maintainable. The only way for me to keep losing weight is by tracking my calories. So the real question is what can you do long term?

Never said it was I spoke in general about water retention because it was brought up in the discussion. I also mentioned making sure portions are correct, using a food scale, and measuring food.

Are you weighing and measuring your food? Sometimes the portions are deceptive. Also if you’re eating a lot of high sodium foods, anything processed, you retain water. Best way to get rid of water weight is by eating clean diet.
