Cool I try this out! I weigh myself every Tuesday morning. I started MFP two weeks ago after seeing the numbers on the scale hit 163lbs. Highest I've ever been sans pregnancy. Goal by summer is 135lbs. Challenge starting weight: 157.4 Goal Weight by May 2nd: 142.4 1/28 - 157.4

Thank you both for your replies. I just started crossfit a month ago and am still learning a lot of the moves. Some classes have a longer more intense metcon than others do.
