I've been doing CrossFit twice a week and I'm trying to figure out where I should log this.. Under cardiovascular or under strength training? When I put it in the cardiovascular it says almost 600 calories burned. Is this accurate?
Good morning everyone! I'm Hannah and I'm new here. I'm 36 and female, 5'9" and when I started logging a week ago I was 163. My goal is 130lbs by the summer. I get up early every morning before work and walk 4 miles on varying terrain at about 4mph and I do crossfit 2x a week. I'd like to go more though. A little…
