Hey! Yea I totally feel you, around the 3 months mark I started to get really into, and excited, about being able to make my favorite baked good and stuff in healthier version and that kept me going for a while! But this phase I’m in right now... even those substitutes aren’t cutting it /: that’s how I know I’m really…

I try to not do the same muscles after “HIIT”! So if I know I’m going to workout my legs later that day I’ll adjust my HIIT session to include more like full body moves that take some pressure off my legs, same thing if later is an arm day etc. On my rest days it just kind of depends what I’m doing that day but I’m never…

I never eat back calories from working out just because I didn’t really think it worked like that. In my head I just feel like we’re not 100% sure about nutrition label and my fitness watch isn’t 100% accurate about how much I’m burning so I could be a little more than 1600 without knowing and I could be burning less than…

An update for anyone interested: I still haven’t invested in a food scale but I did cut my calories to 1700, I am taking IT more seriously, and eating probably the cleanest I’ve ever eaten in my life haha haven’t had sugar in a week and cut back on bad carbs! I’ve been making sure I’m hitting my daily protein goal and the…

Hey! I calculated my like TDEE a while ago and given that I’m fairly active it was about 2200-2300 calories a day to maintain weight and so I was aiming for about 1900 a day.

it could be that I wasn’t restricting calories enough to damage my metabolism but there were two signs that made me decide I might have messed with my metabolism when I was researching. 1) I have been stuck at the same weight for ages 2) for a couple of months my hair had been falling out in abnormal amounts for me. Not to…

Hi! Thanks for the reply, I’m moderately active I’m a student so I walk every day to get to class in general, roughly 2-3 miles of walking per day. Before I decided to take a break for my body, I was working out basically everyday so long as I had the time. A typical week with not too much homework and stuff would look…
