  • I did stricht keto in september/november and found it to be effective. I have since switched to a low carb approach as I found it more sustainable, I still try to stay as low as I can. I found out I was addicted to sugar after not eating it for so long, and I have to say it's very liberating.
  • I had the same problem. I found my fitbitID (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Web-API-Development/Where-do-I-find-my-User-ID/td-p/1138653) and contacted myfitnesspal support to have them remove the fitbit account from myfitnesspal. Then I just added fitbit the normal way.
