Les Mills is recognised as the best online classes around. Such a good mixture of hundreds of types and straight on your tv too and for all fitness levels. We lost nearly 14 inches and 3 stone in 12 weeks doing it last summer and for over a year do 4 to 5 classes a week at home, it's great!

I'm doing les Mills pump with the weight sets so high reps low weight but I always try to add a little more weight each time... I try for around 1750 calories and 180g protein a day. I'm currently 13 stone 1 so need to lose about 7 lbs still at least.. Just lost 12 in 2 months...

It so hard to answer as it depends on your body frame. If you are slim and you are doing weights then you will not lose weight... You can gain it as you will be slim with muscle which means you weigh more than slim with fat... Try ditching the weights for 2 weeks and do cardio HIIT and bodyweight only if you are focused on…

For me I have dance music or dubstep type for cardio like running, cross trainer and rowing. Funny enough for weights I feel you don't need fast paced music and I go normally for some good pop songs, Coldplay, Keane, to name a few... Accidently sing along to a few and get strange looks 😏
