Greek yogurt or Skyr
I have just started on 500g greek yogurt no fat a day to boost protein for working out without boosting too many calories Anyone know if Skyr would be better? Similar protein, few more calories. Not sure if traditionsl benefits of Greek is better overall or not?

Advice needed
I'm 5ft 10 and started at 15 stone 4 in March 2019. Never been to gym before and now I get up at 5am instead on 7am and do 1.5 hours a day, 5 days a week in gym before work.
