  • I'll be trying these at the weekend! Thank you
  • I'm in UK. I've seen the fibre one bars, will be trying a few. Also I'll keep my eye out for the Yasso bars. I like the sound of them and we're a Greek family so greek yoghurt is a staple in our house. The Tootsie Pops sound handy for him to have in his van just incase he slumps. Thanks for your suggestions ☺
  • Oh I dare say he won't be giving it up all together 😂 he's just looking for more variety and preferably a bit more healthier. We've both had a big kick up the bum with our lifestyle choices (including diet) so exploring different alternatives until we're happy with what we find.
  • He's trying to find healthy alternatives to the things he would usually eat. He has asked me to pick up a few different things for him to try as I do the food shopping. I'm not clued up on protein bars etc as I snack mainly on fruit.
  • I'll be looking into this, thank you.

This morning I discovered that I can go into the Fitbit app and just change the recording from cycling to walking. I looked back over the days when I've…
  • Happy to be a fitness friend. I'm logging in every day so will be around. Just a suggestion, if you're tired of your snacking habits then instead of trying to go cold turkey formulate a plan you're happy with. Make yourself a snack box that you know you will be happy to snack on, your favourite fruits etc. Don't buy the…
  • Sorry, late to the party as always. My idea of fit for myself is to be able to wear a bikini at the beach with my kids and not have my girls gain an idea of body hating or being ashamed of how they look from watching me. Also, to be able to keep up with my Son and his love of mountain biking and hiking for hours. I'm not…
  • Thanks guys. I just find it so frustrating that I'm no longer struggling with feeling lethargic and fatigued but how I look seems to be the main focus for them. I'm quite happy to let them know I'm doing well and relieved to be feeling so much better in myself and its a bit of a buzz kill. I've told them what I'm doing as…
