I am totally feeling the biological clock ticking and with PCOS it is ticking mightly loud. So this is the year I actually try to do something about it.

I am just getting into good ng to the gym regularly. Right now I am just focusing on cardio until I get my schedule sorted out and get used to the environment. Then I want to start building in some weight work.
