Did you increase the amount of exercise you do? You could be retaining water weight. Sometimes tho... it just takes time. Weightloss isnt linear.

For general weightloss, the exercise itself doesnt matter... just the calorie burn.

Dont eat breakfast and save the calories for a snack before bed.

I just log on the day I wake up. So if I'm working overnight and wake up at say 4pm on may 1 and go to bed at 10am on may 2, I log all my food from between those hours on may 1. 🤷♀️

I toss them as soon as I'm home from the race. I keep the metals, but they're just hanging from the pot rack in my kitchen. Not really sure what to do with them

Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. Doesnt matter what type of foods you eat, as long as you burn more calories than you eat.

6000 steps per day is *barely* out of the sedentary range. I agree that not all people who work at a desk are sedentary, but most people are not nearly as active as they think.

I eat right up until I go to bed sometimes. Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss.

If that's the only exercise you are getting, and you have a desk job, then I would choose sedentary.

Anything can be part of a healthy diet in moderation.

I wrote that out, because those are the portion sizes I used to eat before I knew what a real "portion size" looked like. I think many people do the same thing.

I'm not knocking that nigella looks amazing for 57 (and significantly younger than the counterpart shown)... but this pic is clearly touched up and the other one is not.

I thought I was SOO active because I had 4 young kids and was a SAHM. It felt like I was constantly chasing them around....I didn't think I had the energy to workout and didnt think it would make a difference anyways because I was "already very active". Well I got a pedometer, and my "active" days didnt even hit 5k steps!!!
