I usually just mix in a LOT of black pepper..

This is actually more calories for 1/2 cup than the whole milk th OP is currently using. 1/2 cup is approx 8 tablespoons, so if she used the fat free creamer at 10 cals per tbs, it would be 80 cals.... whole milk is approx 150 cals a cup, so she is using approx 75cals worth right now.

Maybe a simple snack plate with sliced fruit/veggies and then some calorie heavy items like cheese, avocado, hummus

If it's just plain tea, without anything added to it, I dont log it. But some people do.

I'm 20:4 most days and toss in the occasional 36h fast too

My 5 year old son has very bad eczema... we use castor oil on his skin (including face) and it works wonders!
-
That's still not a recomp. You lost 36lbs in 4 years.... that's a slow cut.
-
I'm 5'6" I look best, IMO, around 155 to 160lbs

Traditional artwork like sit ups and crunches will make it worse!

Most of my food fantasies involve only a jar of crunchy peanut butter and a spoon.

The best thing is FOR SURE the lack of visitors. I'm still with 100% covid patients, so we havent started letting anyone back in, thankfully.

I dont eat any earlier than about 8 hours after I wake up, and i eat about 50% of my daily calories between 1 and 3 hours before bed.

Positive results at my hospital can take up to 6 days, tho we usually have them in 4...sometimes 3. Almost never within 48hours

I lost just under 100lbs 5 years ago and have maintained it, within a 15lbs range, fairly easily. For me, it was CRITICAL to change how I see food, and to make tracking and exercise a part of my life forever. There is no 'going back to normal and no longer weighing/logging food's because when that happens, my weight creeps…

Compared to a state with a similar population size (wisconsin), Minnesota has had a higher % of deaths per positive patient. MN had 1416 deaths our of 33227 positive patients (approx 4.2%), where WI had 745 deaths out of 25428 positives (approx 2.9%). In comparison, NY and IL, are significantly worse. NY has around 25k…

Nurse here on a COVID unit. We are only being tested if we are symptomatic - and even then, we have to pay for it (its run through our hospital issued insurance, but there is a co-pay). Oh, and they are telling all employees that contract it that there is NO WAY they caught it from working exclusively with COVID positive…

Around 40% of my patients are under age 65, and I have not had a single non covid positive patient since the middle of March. The youngest I have seen die from covid is 23, without any preexisting conditions.

For wraps and things that would normally go with tortillas, I like Joseph's lavash bread. It's really low cal, and low carb too. These 'flat breads' are HUGE and about 60 cals each. Half of one is around the size most people would use when making a wrap. I think they are around 9x14 each. I always cut them in half and they…

The formula should also be the same for calories per gram. If something is 10grams and 100 calories, than half that would be 5 grams and 50 calories.
-
Just divide the total calories in 250ml by 2. 250ml ÷ 2 = 125ml 85cal ÷ 2 = 42.5 calories per 125ml

I agree with you. I'm also in Chicago and work at a Hospital in the SW suburbs. I dont think our first wave is over yet. The majority of our beds have been COVID since end of March and we are still mostly COVID, tho we are not currently using the overflow units and make shift ICU that was set up and used thru the end of…

You just have to go slow. Repeat days and weeks several times if you have to. I sometimes play mind games with myself where I tell myself I can walk after I run 100 steps (or whatever number seems good to you). Counting the steps helps to distract me. Or I tell myself I can stop and walk after I reach that red car in front…

I wouldnt say it's a cure, as not all patients qualify to have it, and receiving blood products has it's own inherent set of risks. It is an excellent treatment for certain patients though.
-
100% of the patients I work with are COVID positive, and we have been giving the plasma to the patients who qualify for it, for around 3 weeks now - the results are astounding! I'm in Chicago, FWIW.

Amazing!

I just use deodorant on the area. Works great!

I work nights

Proud of you! Great work!

I dont tell myself no... but I tell myself I can have 1 treat before bed. Whatever the fuxk i want. It's usually high calorie, but knowing I can have whatever I want before bed stops me from grazing on crap all day and actually keeps me closer to my calorie goal.
