Watch the carb counts on the front of the containers - I have found them to be off on some varieties!

I just toss them in the oven with a light misting of oil and then break them apart once when ready to eat! If I need a sweet treat, I have occasionally sprinkled them with splenda.

To me curvy is someone who has a fairly prominent butt/bust, smaller waist, flat belly. And yes... I do think it has become synonymous with chunky/fat for some. While, I dont particularly think that I am 'fat', I also think that I am too chubby to use the term curvy as I envision it. I have a large measurement difference…

Of course it CAN be done... it just turns losing weight into a guessing game instead of a clear/linear process. You get to guess that you exercised enough and guess that your portions were small enough.

This! You can alleviate some of the 'bony-ness' by lifting and adding muscle mass, or you can gain a bit of fat until you're near the top of the BMI healthy range. It's all subjective, but asethically, I prefer bodies towards the top of the bmi healthy range.

I need to remember this more often too!

Nothing is different, cost wise. It just makes it easier to maintain a calorie defecit.

That's exactly why I started... to save calories for my evening snacks, lol! I didnt find it too hard, especially once I realized how many extra calories I had for after dinner this way. If you're hungry before your 'eating window' try some broth or hot tea/coffee. Hot beverages work much better than cold, IMO.

How are you tracking? Are you weighing all your food? Or just measuring?

Try it! I personally do best when I weigh and measure everything because I am not good at eyeballing portions.

I would generally eat whatever I wanted. I never 'carb loaded' or anything prior to a long run (half marathon is my longest).

With 300 calories? Half a bagel with a thick layer of cream cheese topped with a tomato slice and a sprinkle of salt. Yum!

I dont eat before 2pm so that I have calories left for after dinner.

Do you guys just update your original post, or post new each day?

It's much more relaxing to me to listen to some music, and not be in complete silence. So my phone goes into the sauna with me (and steam room, cuz its waterproof).

Unfortunately, most marriages last less than 7 years. We are currently at 13 years married (18 together).

This is rampant at my kids school. It's a small school, approx 400 kids from pre 3 to 8th, and yesterday there were EIGHTY SEVEN kids absent. That's almost 25% of the school! The office was sending out reminders all week to keep kids home if they arent feeling well and that they have to be fever and symptom free, without…

I generally find something similar from a chain resturant with nutrition info online, and then log 1.5xs that amount.

I lost 100lbs 4 years ago with Intermittent fasting. I would fast until 1 or 2 pm and then eat until 9/10pm I have maintained the loss (all but 15lbs) with IF (I fluctuate between 16:8, 20:4, and sometimes I dont fast at all).

Pizza is vile. Also, ice cream should NEVER have anything crunchy mixed in.

I'm a night shifter too! I work 7p to 7a (RN). My rules for night shift success: I leave my wallet and cards at home. If I dont bring money, I cant hit the vending machines. I keep a few 'emergency treats' in my locker at work. I currently have 2 chocolate coconut elevation bars from aldi in there. They aren't too calorie…

I dont necessarily think that personality controls weight loss success, but I do feel as though it has an impact. Certain personality types are too stubborn to fail, some are too stubborn to see ways in which they may be sabotaging thenselves, while some personalities may have trouble sticking to one plan and bounce around…
