I do , i dont eat for the first 6 to 7 hours after i woke up the morning every day , just drinking a lot of water , 2 or 3 cup of black coffee , that realy help me with my diet plan , i already tried a 4 days water fasting before but its was very hard to manage ,

Totaly agree! Try to eat veggies end less sweets you can have a bigger meal that can fill you for hours ,personally a do a intermitant fast since a woke up the morning , i drink 2 to 3 litter of water end only black coffee , end i eat breakfast just 6 hours after i woke up , so i can limit the number of my meal for the day…
