Anyway! Avg daily 900 cal/day Started whey protien today No excersise plan still All is well. Lost 2.5kg Wish me luck :)

Dont feel too overwhelmed, you are strong and able to do whatever you want.You now need to pay more attention to yourself physicaly and mentaly without feeling selfish about it. We are all here because we need help Nd offer it too

Hi Deema8774, Im counting calories with daily target of 1200 cal or less. Also im trying to lower my carb intake but failing with that. Breakfast today was 70% carb. Having sweets craving today, didnt have that the past three days...im worried hehe. feeling strong tho and going to sleep now.
