Sadly i have not excersie plan as of yet. Im counting calories and controling my carb intake specifically. Hope this works well.👍

What is your diet plan?
Best of luck.0 -
Hi Deema8774,
Im counting calories with daily target of 1200 cal or less. Also im trying to lower my carb intake but failing with that. Breakfast today was 70% carb.
Having sweets craving today, didnt have that the past three days...im worried hehe. feeling strong tho and going to sleep now.

Are you under a doctor's supervision for this? That is an extremely aggressive rate of loss, and 1200 is below the minimum recommendation for males.3

Hi there! Glad to see you're starting well and with a plan!
You have a long way to go. You will win when you both get there and stay there for a while!
If you lose 20kg in 10 weeks and then give up because your plan is too hard on you (or you get sick, or many of the other reasons people get de-railed and then fail to return to a plan that is hard to keep on), you will lose less than if your lose 36kg in 52 weeks and then continue on to lose even more on a plan that is more sustainable and easy to implement for you;
The minimum recommended calories for males is 1500. You can actually lose your excess weight eating even more than that.
I am a little bit shorter than you and weighed about the same as you when I was 48 yo, 6+ years ago. It took me about 30 months to get to normal weight (including periods of no loss and even of slight gain during holidays). And I honestly feel that it would have been a mistake for me to try and make the process quicker.
I found MFP 20kg and 11 months into the process because I was ready to give up on weight loss and my then plan of eating the least I could get away with. (Which because I wasn't logging also consisted of some very silly, but "healthy" in my mind at the time, choices)
On MFP I adopted the plan of eating the most I could, subject to the constraint of achieving reasonable progress and eating and doing things I could see myself eating and doing either forever or as a minimum over the next five years.7 -

This is not sustainable. Please read the stickies at the top of the forum and eat more. You need a bare MINIMUM of 1500 calories, more if you're moving at all. If you do this slowly, you'll be much more inclined to keep up with it once the weight if off. You'll also preserve muscle mass (and hair and organ health...)4
