Mushrooms. Poison, blech.

YMMV. I gained a lot of weight as I recovered from a mental breakdown, I lost a lot too, all while on different psychiatric medications, mostly antidepressants. My eating habits were horrible, and I didn't leave bed for much, I'd argue those two things are why my weight got up. And as it continued to go up over the years,…

Sounds like it's not an issue with MFP but your internet connection. Doing all of the above takes seconds for me.

My routine is get up, do toiletries, get dressed, feed and water the dictators, shove muffin into mouth, and get out the door. I get up at 4:45a and am out the door by 5:15a. I have coffee at work. A leisurely morning would be lovely but with my sleep disorder even getting 6hrs of sleep is hit or miss.

I'd have thought we'd taste like goose.

If for whatever reason she doesn't have a recipe, let me know. I have my Aunt's. Sort of cute, Mom's family is ethnically Mennonite with a bit of Irish to spice things up. But my uncle always barbecues the heart for my my aunt, she make the marinade. She doesn't like barbecuing but its culturally important to her to serve…

Happy Canada Day. I'm celebrating by not being at work. XD

Anticuchos is marinated beef heart and tastes to me like beef jerky but more tender. I can't stand any other organ meat but heart is delicious barbecued. Haggis is inedible. I tried. Twice. Dad's heritage is Scottish so we did a lot of Scottish nights when I was a kid but the texture is terrible.

I loathe beer. I will have a rum and coke or a fruit drink occasionally but it's a couple times a month so ultimately not hard to fit in. But it I have to choose between creme brulee and a mojito? Creme brulee wins.

I didn't not anticipate my face changing as much as it has. I have dimples, something I haven't had since I was a teenager. Weirdly, I'd forgotten about them. I did not anticipate LIKING how I look. Generally I just haven't given a damn. But no, I like my face. I even like my wrinkled stretch marks. They show how much I've…

I walk. We're the same height and weight interestingly enough. Jogging isn't ideal for me. While some days I can do a little of it, other days my knees let me know that no, they don't like that. I was diagnosed with arthritis ag 19 but have had the symptoms of joint pain since I was a preschooler. Walking loops around my…

Alcohol, oil. Not saying I never use either but I generally prefer to spend my calories elsewhere.

I may have made more s'mores than anything else in my toaster oven... Maybe.

Now maybe you'll get married. Ouch. Nice to know I was that unattractive. Jokes on them, I'm losing weight FOR ME, and I AM NOT looking to get married. I don't like people enough to live with one.

One of my colleagues gets terrible cravings during that time of the damn month. A little protein, and a small indulgence has kept her on her weight loss track. I'm to busy feeling like I'm dying to eat XD.

Favourite: Roatan, Honduras Least Favourite: Saskatchewan, every bit of it.

I cut 2ft off my fair. I don't need to hide behind it anymore.

I'm down a cup size/ cup size and a half. They're still unnecessarily large but I feel more balanced escaping I/J land.

Roll kuchen and watermelon. Traditional summer lunch in my family. As soon as you can get a beautiful ripe melon, we fry up roll kuchen. Only ever once a summer since it's terribly unhealthy!

GVRD, BC here.

Just steam it with a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper

He's super healthy! Unfortunately Folly isn't but with a strict diet he's doing much better!

The one on top is sweet but he is an absolute devil. Puck gets into my dresser, my cupboards. No spot is too high for him. At 14 he's still a very active imp. Sir John Falstaff is generally known as Folly and he is a needy, green eyed monster. If he sees me pet Puck he gets super jealous!

You got it.

I mean they circle me when food comes out but alas they can't get airborne, one tries.

I can jog a little. My stamina isn't great but my knees used to scream on the first step. Same thing going down stairs. They still creak a bit with stairs but no attitude when I walk or jog. They are never going to be perfect, a consequence of childhood injuries being dismissed as just soft tissue or growing pains, but I…
