Cauliflower rice. I'd rather eat rice, thanks. Cauliflower has to be cooked damn well or I'm sick for a week.

I'm wearing size 4 or 6 and smalls in most things. Mediums for things I like looser. I told myself I wasn't going to be smaller than a large due to my bust, and it certainly hasn't shrunk and it means I can't fit everything if bust room is required but that's fine. I feel like parts of me are still quite flabby but most of…

Thank you! I'm proud of you kicking butt for your health too. I lost weight more than anything because I'm trying to avoid a knee replacement before my forties. I figure I didn't care about what people thought of how I looked when I was heavy, why care now? I didn't do this for them, just for me.

This might be a strange one, but I'm really starting to see it. Logically I know I'm smaller, I went from 210lb to 138lb, obviously, I'm smaller but I'm actually seeing it. Instead of just seeing those spots I'm not happy with I'm seeing what I've accomplished in the last year, and I'm happy. Hopefully, I can firm up those…

An Irish setter. Cool.

It's all of three feet from my bed because I have a tiny apartment but it's mine. Some day I will find the peacock tree topper of my dreams.

I have taken Seroquel for 10 yrs. I have easily lost seventy pounds in the last year. As soon as I committed to doing it. It's not that Seroquel causes weight gain like steroids do but they can cause food cravings. Log your food. Everything. Stick to your calories. You'll be okay.

I've been staring out at Christmas since September. I work for a wholesaler in the floral industry. We were late getting Christmas out this year with Covid. So instead of setting up the displays in August, it was September. I'm already a little bored. For my parents' place, where I do their outdoor lights because they are…

@courtneynicole100 It's super easy. I make it in my Instant Pot but you could do it on your stove top or in a slow cooker. Recipe: 2 cups elbow macaroni 1 lb lean ground beef 1 packet low sodium beef stock 4-6 cups of water depending on how much broth you like 1 1/2lb frozen veggies 1 can tomato soup or tomato paste 1…

You need to cancel it yourself. It's easy.

Overnight oats, current pumpkin spice oatmeal, and I eat it on my coffee break at work. My stomach is not awake at 5:00a.

Log your food, and stay under or at calories and you won't gain. Lexapro doesn't magically make you gain weight, it triggers appetite and food cravings. How you respond to these will dictate your weight. Be sure you eat filling foods to help.

Parents are responsible for teaching their children about nutrition and providing them with a nutritious diet. It's not the education systems job to parent kids. If mom and dad provide nothing but junk that's what the kid will know.

I'm a nature night owl but get up before dawn for work, this has been my schedule for years, after years of graveyard shifts. Early nights have nothing to do with my weightloss this last year. Logging my food and getting more exercise do.

If you like salt water taffy they make a caramel apple that is spot on. My work treat is a couple of taffies since candy wise they're low cal.

They're in my spot.

It's largely mild here. I won't go out in heavy rain, but I'll still walk when it's cool, or just misting, and if it actually snows, provided it doesn't disappear in a day, I can do my thing when the paths have been cleared. As a rule snow doesn't stick here long. The rain makes quick work of it.

Caramel apple suckers. I could eat a bag. Which is why I won't buy them.

Stop. For better or worse my weight loss has been public because I work in a sale position within a niche wholesale company. My company has served many of the same businesses for decades. So while I have only worked there for a few years I've worked with the same customers since day one, the same colleagues, so once the…

I lost a lot of money buying a new wardrobe since the old one most definitely doesn't fit. I've slowed down the inevitable joint replacements I will need given I've had arthritis since I was child. My knees are still *kitten* but they are... less *kitten*?

Depends on weather. Since fall has fallen in the form of torrential rain, I'll go for savoury. Ice cream or fruit sorbet?
-
When I was a kid I would barely cook hot dogs. Like... not frozen but not warm. Maybe two seconds on the grill if we were actually barbecuing. I would probably have liked hot dog ice cream sandwiches at that age. Now my stomach turns but I was a really odd duck.

Love pumpkin spice, can't deny it but that sound absolutely unappetizing. Not as bad as the Pumpkin Spice Jones Soda, but bad.

My halfway to goal reward was new walking shoes I was eyeing. My goal weight reward was a Pandora charm. Since I'm still losing I guess I could pick some new goal reward. Hmm.

Hamburger soup. Toss Hamburger or ground anything into a pot, brown it. Add broth, onion, whatever veggies you like, tomato sauce, tomatoes soup, seasonings you enjoy. Cook.

Craved: Pizza. Caved: Driving to Me N Ed's and sharing a pizza with my parents. I planned my day around this indulgence so I can have my two pieces stress free. This is my usual modus operandi.

Absolutely, everyone has their own look. Loud leggings with a skirt or dress is one if my signatures. Can't say any of my dresses are particularly short and I swear I'm allergic to cleavage XD. I still wear pants and leggings more than dresses alone. When I was at my highest I mostly just wanted to be invisible. Now I'd…

It's funny because since I lost weight I've started wearing more dresses and more skirts. My pieces of clothing are more form fitted, less frumpy, better quality all together.

Helping my luddite mother figure out Zoom. Pray for me.

Currently I have hamburger soup. Took all over 30mins from start to finish and made eight meals up 300 cal. I'll probably make tortellini soup next. As soon as fall comes in I make vats of soups and stews.
