Currently I have hamburger soup. Took all over 30mins from start to finish and made eight meals up 300 cal. I'll probably make tortellini soup next. As soon as fall comes in I make vats of soups and stews.

Don't go on a diet. Change your lifestyle, a permanent change. Cook what you like, maybe tweak it for some healthier edits, and consume reasonable portions. Nothing remarkable at all really.

If I was on my own I'd make a nice seafood pasta. I won't be on my own since my parents are my bubble and I have to see them to help them around the house due to their issues. I donated three bags of clothes to Canadian Diabetes. None of my fall or winter clothes fit from last year as they're all XXL or XL. New wardrobe is M or S.

I've taken Seroquel for 10yrs. So long as she eats within her recommended calories, she'll lose eventually. I only recommend not making her diet too restrictive as that often leads to failing.

I personally only feel hungry as I am approaching a meal. I knew perfectly well if I was starving all the time I wasn't going to stick this out. I eat enough to power my body and keep me satiated. It makes sticking to the weightloss track easy for me.

I often don't drink coffee on the weekends and don't suffer any negative affects from abstaining so I don't consider myself dependent. On work days I have one or two cups of go go juice depending on how well I managed to sleep. Under 6hrs and I drag thanks to my meds and caffeine gets me passed it.

Since documentaries like these are empty entertainment at best and propaganda at worst, no I am not swayed to different paths thanks to this crap. My focus is lowering my carbon footprint, and supporting my local economy while eating the diet that benefits my body best and that is not plant based.

I work in sales but alas I've been stuck in the office all throughout this Covid crap. Our rep on the road has that life though. He calls me from far nicer/more scenic locals. Can't help but be jealous sometimes XD. But then I remember I'm moving into purchasing and I don't have to deal with customers anymore.

I'm 5'4" and I set my goal weight to a conservative 145lb. Hit that last month and am not content with where I'm at so now I'm adjusting my goal to 140lb, then 135lb, etc until the last really extra jiggle jogs off.

Log religiously, and log everything. Weigh your food, cups and spoons are so unreliable. Don't makes guesses on servings. Breakfast: Overnight oats with collagen powder, 0% fat high protein vanilla yogurt and a half cup chopped peaches. Lunch: Chicken souvlaki and salad with pita. Dinner: Beef stir fry with cauliflower, peppers and onion. Dessert: Rootbeer float with Kraken and Fireball.
