I have an air fryer/toaster oven. I don't have space in my microscopic kitchen for too many appliances. I love the air fryer function for fries, and meat. I haven't tried it for veggies yet. I enjoy the toaster oven function for baking and reheating. For me and 2 in 1 was a great call.

Air fryer pork tenderloin with a creole rib, french fries and a green leaf and spinach salad.

It is something he would absolutely do. He's done screaming at the door and trying to open my dresser and his laying on my leg. I was going to do the dishes, I guess they'll have to wait.

Listening to TopTenz and ignoring my cat as he tells me how terrible I am for not letting him out of the apartment.

I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to juggle being Mom's respite care for Dad, and ensuring my newly diagnosed diabetic cat is safe. We're starting with diet since he isn't spiking too high, and then retesting. But low carb for kitty is wet food. How am I supposed to leave him overnight? Sigh.

@sharpdust I may have pushed my luck a little, 1 1/2 walk up and down steep hills, but I love going down to the quay, and didn't want to bus it. Feet are a bit sore XD @svm569 I can't drink 64oz in a day unless I'm sweating like heck. I'd have to camp put in the bathroom. Try a lower point and find what works for you.…

I am for myself. I would rather have the power to choose 100% what's in my food. I feel it is more sustainable, overall to know how to prepare healthy foods, and to eat sensibly. That way you can go to a restaurant and make an educated decision and you are not bound by only what WW sells.

Waiting for the morning's snow and sleet to finish. I am not trying to job or walk in muck today.

Programs will be successful if you stick to them, and stay on them for the rest of your life. I'd rather cook, something I enjoy well enough.

It is absolutely not for me. My food in tolerances are many, and carbs are my friend. Saying that's friend of mine was recommended keto to help her brain fog with her bipolar disorder and it's been good in that respect. I was committing 2 or more hrs each way for work for 2yrs before moving in Sept. Now I'm a 35-45mon commute and it feels insanely different. Also within walking distance of parks and shopping so I AM actually walking.
