  • What I am doing is Epicures perfect portion scoops. The blue scoop is for proteins it holds 1 cup, the green is for either fruits or veggies it holds a cup, the grains are in yellow and it holds a half a cup and there is a purple tbsp for you fats/oils/ dressings.   • Hi everyone I just joined the group today. SW 154.8 CW 146 GW 123 Todays successes I tracked my food which is a good win for me I have been really struggling with it. I made good food choices today and drank my water. I exercised for 90 mins a combo of body weight exercises and running.

  • Excellent. I bought the book today and the audiobook yesterday. will get right into chapter 1. I picked up spices, vinegar, b12 and the yeast. I also bought the cookbook How not to die cook book. It looks like it will be a good one.
