I have a Garmin watch and using the watch has kept me going, doing the cardio/steps/ sleep tracks everything gives you the kick up the *kitten* to actually complete things ( that’s if your competitive like me )

Pets are funny when doing press ups I have the issues where he crawls right under my chest mid way through and won’t move he just looks at me like “give me attention instead”

Since I’ve started eating healthy it’s easier to keep on track it’s when I’m at work , I work all over so if I run out of food and have to stay longer to complete a job then it’s gets too easy to easy to eat whatever is convenient or there at the time now I have started to pack more fruit and snacks and that has kept me…

I have lost 1 stone that is keeping me motivated I can see the fat around my face shoulders and arms gone which is a massive and now hopefully my mid section will start to go down
