OK, I'm going nowhere with my planks in the last couple of weeks, so I have to restart regular exercising, because I feel I'm losing my shoulders strength. I don't know if I'll be able to do 60 min. planks till the end of the month, since I'm only starting today, but I'll set up August goal to at least 50 min. August 10:โฆ
