Wearing my recently purchased 30/32 Levi’s. They went on without a problem in the AM and at lunch headed to grab a bite. A nice little 7 mph jog. Followed it up with another 16 min elliptical work out. Will definitely be a little sore tomorrow. But getting under 9 min mile was pretty cool thing for hump day.

NO... but Id say stick to your homemade burgers... Your accountable on it all so its only on you on what your burger is made with so you knowing its cals will be much easer plus likely you know its going to be worth the cals... :smile: enjoy

If you loose a significant amount of weight you will have loose skin of varying degrees. Depending on your age, how long you've been overweight etc etc. I personally see it as scars and as a reminder for me personally what I knowingly did to myself. Knocked out hump day workout 1st thing in the morning. Have been nursing a sore left glute. I did the whole let me try ok 5 mins… 1 mile… and when it ended I was above 5 miles Will see how the glute feels this afternoon.

Nursing a strained glute so anything to strenuous this week is out. Sticking to about 4 mile daily walks at 4 mph. So not taking it to easy.

As a kid never had this issue then late 40s my face broke out like a 12 yr old. Went to a dermatologist and yeah I now am in the rosacea club. I take a prescribed antibiotic with a cream(which I don’t use). It has helped. I’d recommend getting your GP to do a referral and get an expert to take a look you over.

40 minute elliptical session finished off with a 10 min jog =ing 1 mile. Tossed in the mile as I didn’t feel like the 1st 40 mins were enough.

Did 4 miles before 7 this morning. Got it done before Docs 6 month check up at 8. It was early dark ground was wet also had a tiny bit of drizzle during. Managed to not fall on my *kitten* when I ran over a mud covered poorly lit side walk. So not unhappy about the slow jog. With it and and the Drs visit I’ve done 10k…
