I finished day 30 at last. I think I will take couple of days off then I will start with ripped in 30
-
Well said πππ
-
Yep that's a good plan π I didnt try ripped before, is it as much effective as the shred?
-
Thank you β€οΈ After a lot of searching, I found out that arms are one of the most stubborn areas and dont lose fat easily. So keep training and dont give up. I dont know what to do either after the shred. Won't take another round of it. So, maybe I can start with ripped, insanity or something else from those famous YouTubeβ¦

I agree that level 3 is easier. I hated all the planks in level 2 π

Day 7 level 2 done

The first time started level 2, it killed my shoulders. But it got easier and the changes and definitions i saw on my shoulders and chest were just Wow!
-
Im starting level 2 today. I love this program and its results
-
Hey everybody. Today i will start level 2 day one and i added some extra exercises to my workout plan the past few days. But hands down to the classic Jillian's Shred, its the most effective workout i have tried so far
-
Are you gonna start with level 2?
-
I took day off yesterday and decided to be a total couch potato π₯±πΊ but woke up with more power and finished day 8 level 1 I started to see those 6 packs and was very happy
-
Yep you should take a day off anyhow. And try to be easy with the squats and lunges as well, bad for the knees too. Good luck πͺπ€

Completed level 1 day 7 and walked for 2 miles I also added couple of short workouts targeting abs and arms .. feels great πͺπͺπͺ
-
That's interesting. I'm curious to know your own program. And of course it will be great posting your pictures π
-
I agree. I've been spending months in the gym working my butt off and didn't get half of the results I am getting from the shred. Good luck and try to keep posting your updates πͺπͺ

You cannot be late for looking good π the program is pretty intense, I know, but maybe this time you would start taking pictures and measurements for your progress, maybe hang the pretty dress or swimsuit that doesn't fit lately.π it will help you keep motivated and definitely will help you through the pp-depression. Goodβ¦

Welcome to our small group 𧑠yep, its pretty intense although it's a short workout, don't worry it will get easier by time and you will be motivated by the results you are going to get. Just a note. Please dont go for the scale weight, its very disappointing, you'd rather prefer measuring the inches you're going to loseβ¦

Im taking a day off today and had a one cheat meal yesterday π
-
I finished level 1 day 5 and walked for 2 miles. How my muscles are this sore until now. π€¨ How abt recording our measurements and maybe take some pictures for comparing our results? It will be the biggest motivation for carrying on
-
Welcome onboard. Its definitely a hard workout but the results are better than anything else i tried in my life.. I remember staying in bed for 2 days, barely moving, after doing day 1 π I kept cursing at Jillian for the crazy workout. But eventually you commit to it and it gets easier and you will find time pass so fastβ¦

The classic old 30 days shred of Jillian Micheals. One of my personal favorites
-
Guys how are you doing today. I completed day 4 level 1 and walked for 2 miles πͺ
-
The important part is to make an effort. Good for you ππ
-
Oh. Definitely stay indoors and you can workout in the balcony for a change if its big enough. How are you doing so far in the shred. Did you see any results yet?? π bonne chance et rester en bonne santΓ© π§‘
-
Thats greaaat. How about your results? i understand what you feel. I also put on 15 kgs this past year and went to the point that i couldn't recognize myself when i look to a mirror I decided to start the 3 levels respectively just because i noticed that the 'losing weight' phase is mostly in level 1 and you tone and shapeβ¦
