@whatswithdiane2019 i feel you about the eating part lol. I guess we all going through stress eating and boredom eating 🤦🏻♀️ losing your extra weight shouldn't be hard, yes. i cut down sugar and flour dramatically lately and it helped. Good luck and i will keep posting my progress daily

Count me in. I already started it a month ago before the lockdown and i am in level 3 day 3 .. its an awsome workout with real results .. most probably i will start another round after i finish this week 🧡
