  • You can do it! One meal at a time! You have already started non scale victories because you are here. Draw on your experience. Don't "diet" eat healthy-your healthy. What works for you. You are soo worth it!

  • Thank you for your thoughts. I do appreciate them. I have done Whole 30 before and felt so much better. That would be my goal. I was wondering if it would be too much given the way things are right now. Or maybe the focus would be good. I've never posted before so thank you!
