I also am munchy in the evening. I am trying to control myself but still find I have cravings. Tonight I went a little over my calories with some peanut butter and crackers. I took a little at a time instead of a lot all at once so I didn’t go crazy. It’s something I need to figure out as well.

I lost about 80 some years back and have gained back a good portion. With being older, I find it much harder to lose - but, I seemed to have also lost my focus as well. It's hard for me to build up any longevity with staying on track. Anyone have any tips that help them?

I’m the same as you both. Also restarted. With all this time at home I hope to be able to concentrate on myself more. I have been motivated to get out walking everyday but it’s my eating that’s the big problem. I’m trying to work that out. First day was good. How about you?

I am 65 myself and rejoined to help get myself back under control- my eating in particular.
