I highly recommend Polar. I have a Polar V800 and its excellent. I have a Fitbit Charge 2 but I find that Fitbit's algorithm is highly inaccurate for calorific burn during exercise.

Went cycling at 6am for first time this year. My gym is closed because of the lockdown. My legs are still aching. But I'm going to continue every weekday morning until the lockdown is lifted:

Cereal: Shredded wheat or Kelloggs All Bran topped with banana / blueberries or banana / prunes. The juice of 1kg of carrots most breakfasts. A cup of Twinnings English Breakfast Tea. In winter I eat porridge with blueberries and a little honey.
