Maybe we could all contribute on things to make a challenge that works? adding a few ideas that have worked for you in the Past? I myself struggle with sweets, sodas and such, I think drinking half my weight in oz would be a start with me, avoiding soda and candy for a month.

My mom is basically in a wheelchair she can only walk from the living room to the bathroom otherwise she uses her wheelchair, she usually does a lot of workouts from YouTube. Yes you are totally right! Now a days we look at our phones so often it does help to have that as a small reminder. I tried a picture that said something like it takes 1 month for you to see it, it takes 2 months for your friends to see it and it said something else I just forgot. That really helped me for awhile.
