I just had an endoscopy in October and found some minor inflammation in my esophagus and stomach. My doctor has me on 40MG Omeprazole for 6 weeks and then as needed. It has been much better and I only take the meds a couple days a week.

Hi Tony, this is Mike. I just sent you a friend request. Similar to you, I am 6’5, 405 and seeking to get to about 250 ish. I was curious what weekly weight loss goal did you set yours at? Was it 2lbs,1.5lbs, or 1lb? Thanks!
