I am curious if somebody who works in an office all day, but has a standup desk and stand like 7 out of the 8 hours should put lightly active or sedentary or active for their mfp activity level?

Count or Eat less?
I had recently lost about 20 pounds by eating slower and less. I had bad heartburn and that caused me to be afraid of over eating. I now have been sliding back these last 2 weeks and I am thinking if I should log everything on this app or try to eat less and slower again? Thank you in advance for any advice.
