Your daily calorie goal isnt supposed to include your workout, it's supposed to be set before exercise. You do burn less calories based on lower intensity, I'm not sure how you were calculating your calorie burn before, but you add exercise seperate. You shouldn't lower your goal if your activity level is set appropriately…

Yes, exercise does change your macro goals because when you work out, you are expected to replace those calories and your macros would also be increased

Try reinstalling the app, if it still doesnt fix maybe contact support

I'm 34 and also had trouble sleeping Still do, as my arms go numb constantly when I sleep, have for years, cant seem to fix it. However when I was having headaches it was cause I wasnt drinking enough water. The emotions part should be addressed with a doctor tho

You had dominoes... it's high carb AND salty, of course it was enough to hold water weight. If I can hold 5.2lbs of water weight with 40 crackers then of course you can with a carb heavy salt filled take out food
-
What did you eat over the weekend? The day before yesterday I ate 40 crackers and woke up the next day with a 5.2lbs weight gain from carbs and sodium causing water weight gain. It doesnt take much to cause water weight gain, and it goes away after a few days. Hormones and periods for women can also cause water weight…

You eat your calorie goal plus 50-75% of your exercise calories.

Personally, I find most generic peoples weight loss advice to be pretty much useless.. 900 calories is a stupid amount to eat for anyone. There are a lot of people who have got a piece of stupid generic advice they picked up at the second hand weight loss store, while they were shopping for their fad diets over the years.…

53? I'm assuming you must mean kg. You have to still hit your calorie goal, even with one meal a day, whatever mfp gave you as a goal, eat your one meal and reach that goal

Pinterest. All I put in was air fryer recipes

The body fat percentage info and all that other stuff is not even close to accurate, no scale you buy, even the one you have, regardless of price will be any different then another, so, whatever one fits your budget, however if your current scale works, spending 100 on a new one just for it to sync seems kinda costly,…

When people add wink faces, it always gives me a creepy scam vibe lol..

My highest weight was 300 and I lost 165 pounds. I regained to 262 and I'm down again to 247, you are never too far gone, no matter if it's the first, second or hundredth time
-
@katyjsandlin You have a lot of weight to lose, I am 247lbs and I can eat 2020 calories per day, you could eat more and lose, myfitnesspal gives you a calorie goal when you sign up, eat that calorie goal. In regards to keto, if you are not used to eating that way and only plan on losing weight, keto is no different then…

Then maybe she shouldnt be giving you diet advice. If shes used to pro athletes and not you, why make you go through the same strict rules she puts on them and give you no examples. Shes already made things complicated, I'd be walking away from that nonsense

Eat whatever you want within your calories. You can only be set back by calorie surplus
-
...what the actual holy... lol Again... my concern for humans... lol
-
Yes. I did all April.

Interesting. When I was in school we had a score out of 100%.. 60% or higher was a pass
-
I would follow whatever calorie goal mfp gives you for weight loss.
-
I just create foods, not recipes. I add each individual item to my diary and then once I get the grand total I create a new food and create the servings in grams based on how many servings I want out of the recipe

It doesnt work because in order to lose weight you need to eat at a calorie deficit. Plastic wrap does not burn calories. You can eat more calories then you burn, weight loss starts in the kitchen, exercise is for health not weight loss Diet plans are designed to fail. All you need is the calorie goal given to you when you…

Lol... this is a trick isnt it... like "look!! Over there!!" ... Omg hahah... that's fantastic
-
Okay well, there are a lot of people who start on myfitnesspal who end up doing it the incorrect way.. they spend a month believing they are eating at a reduced calorie rate and are actually logging things incorrectly and just eating more and potentially burning less then they think they are. Keto, while significantly low…

Some Basic Tips MFP is designed using the NEAT method. This means that when you perform an exercise and log it into mfp, you are expected to eat back at least 50% of the calories you burned. Do not eat under 1200 calories per day for women and 1500 calories for men, this can lead to a lot of health problems including lean…
-
Agreed, if they're the ones making you follow rules, they might as well supply the examples
-
Track your calories for a weekend and actually see what you're doing, we can say yes it is possible but you can see for yourself what your doing to your own deficit
-
Lol... last time you posted it was also "6" Obsessions in some things can be healthy, but 6's seems a little weird lol
-
For those hitting disagree lol thinking I must just be asking to be nosey and rude lol I am asking because there may be another solution to help her besides going keto, for all we know, some random keto person could of just suggested it as a fix and in reality it's not needed. I'd rather see someone do something they can…

What kind of medication are you on for it?
