From time to time, you will find users come here, make an account, ask a lot of questions that dont really seem to apply to anything particular to themselves.. then they never come back and 2 days later they ask another question.. then they delete after a bit and come back and do it again.. lol Like this thread for…

Most major chains usually do, its smaller chains and mom and pop places that dont. I googled it for you It says 1080 calories but again.. without knowing yours and theirs, who knows how big or what their ingredients are

Without knowing the gram weight of the ingredients in it, it could be anything.

What would you like to know? What are you specific questions?

Well.. the most practical suggestion would be that you dont need to get rid of sugary treats but you need to learn how to moderate them. Changes in eating habits to more nutritious food is great and you should always keep that as the bulk of your diet, but leave space for treats. I have chocolate everyday, fudgsicles are…

it really pains me when I see people.. who are the me who existed 2 years ago. It pains me that despite my pleas for them to get help because I have been there and i know where it can go, i know that if 2 years ago me was reading those same pleas from someone else, i would "ignore" them because my anxiety wouldnt allow me…

It's something I wrote to other users, however it's a pretty common question so why type it out over and over again?

It will be immediate on if he can or cant do what pav suggests. If he puts his calories up, eats them.. his actions afterwards will define where he is.. When it was me, it was the feeling of deep anxiety, like you just couldnt stop focusing on the fact that you ate as much as you did even when it was a healthy amount, and…

You dont need to be 100% exact, just eat food and aim for your daily total goals

You need therapy. This is 100% serious. Man or woman, you need help, your LIFE is at risk, this is not a game and not for strangers to fix over the internet. Please, please seek help, I've been here myself, please take this seriously and seek a therapist who specializes in eating disorders You need to be able to see that…

Some Basic Tips MFP is designed using the NEAT method. This means that when you perform an exercise and log it into mfp, you are expected to eat back at least 50% of the calories you burned. Do not eat under 1200 calories per day for women and 1500 calories for men, this can lead to a lot of health problems including lean…

To address your post... "Its so confusing reading what you should eat" Stop trying to find lists. All you need to do is eat the calorie goal myfitnesspal gave you, you can eat ANYTHING, that includes junk foods and take out. All you need to do is eat what feels nutritionally correct for YOU "What exercise" Again...…

The best way to lose weight is by calorie deficit

When I make batch things I just log each ingredient into my food diary and then when I get the grand total, I decide how many portions I would like to have.. I divide by 4 if I start with 4 and if that seems like too many calories for my daily calorie amount, I'll divide by 5.. then once I decide, I'll portion it out into…

Both things are equally valid. Download a weight trend app which allows you to see the trends. For a lot of people its helpful to stop worrying so much and second guess the process

Macros are not meant to have a daily menu, it's up to you to choose what you like to eat and what makes you feel full and stick to your goals, aim for your protein and fat goals and see how that makes you feel, use whatever calories remain to eat carb foods with those meals or you can even go over those protein and fat…

You wont drop 10lbs in 4 weeks, with that little to lose, you will only be losing half a pound per week. Since weight loss isnt linear, you wont lose every week either, and even if you did, you're looking at a few months to lose 10lbs. If you lose any faster then that, it will be the result of you starving your body of…

The calorie goal that is given to you is recommended to be eaten for a reason, just because you're not eating that amount doesnt mean you should be. If you are not making it to 1200 calories, then you need to start eating more calorie dense foods, peanut butter, cheese, ice cream, nuts, anything to increase your intake.

The most important thing you can do is forget every single thing all those diets tried to teach you. With a clean slate... you have a bank account of calories, spend them on anything you want... it's up to you to decide what is nutritionally important to you and what will keep you on track, calories are like money, every…

And Both of these. Honestly, keto is just a choice in foods and a specific lifestyle.. it works best for people who already eat close to that way.. Unless you count your calories, keto isnt going to just magically melt your fat away and cure all, like some people claim, sprinkling it with glitter like its magical. ... it's…

If you click on add food and click the plus sign on the app, beside where it says "multi-add" you can create your own entries. I do it all the time I include how much of things I used in the recipe in the title so when I make it again, I make it the same way every time Dont mind the red circles, I think this is from me…

I think I've managed to do maybe 32k But I worked a job back then that was always short staffed and made us run back and forth from unit to unit. Now I work in a nursing home that doesnt think its staff is dirt and doesnt make us run around if we are short.. I'd say I get about 15k now per shift
