You're not too far gone. My starting weight was 344 and I've lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks or so Break it up into manageable chunks. I want to lost about 150 lbs which when I say that sounds too overwhelming and makes me want to give up. So I just focus on a stone at a time. As a stone sounds doable

That’s not healthy. Our bodies need rest. Overtraining is a big sources of injuries and if you get injure you can’t exercise at all! So definitely take rest days

From Dorset, so not too far! I've got about 136 lbs to lose (start was 154) and I know the feeling of getting side tracked after a couple of weeks, big problem of mine!

You can either add it manually or use an app like map my run and connect it to MFP and it will add it for you automatically. Warning apps aren't using that accurate for calories and usually overestimate so you probably haven't burnt as much as it's telling you

Congratulations Mike! Very exciting! Had YouTube church this morning, went shopping and then video called a friend. Obviously we haven't been able to get the pub for ages so we each bought some beer and had a drink together over facetime. First drink I've had for a while as I'm trying to lose weight

Know the feeling. I've been up and down because if stress and personal issues But relax, we didn't gain it overnight so we won't lose it overnight! 2 weeks is not a long time!

I'm Dave and i'm from the UK. My weakness is stress/emotional eating particulary with work dealines. When I have a deadline, I tend to spend long hours on my laptop snacking so i'm trying to break that.
