@springlering62 i appreciate that. my lifestyle now definitely requires me to up my calorie intake. unfortunately so many think the same. the less you eat the better. which to certain points that might be correct.

@quiksylver296 the question would be why I'm not losing weight. calorie deficit is the answer but I was clearly underestimating my calorie intake. I looked into the what you posted, thanks for that btw

I track what I eat, I use a scale. don't consume back what I eat. I've thought about taking up my calorie intake bc I'm active all the time. working out. on my feet all day... well not at the moment, due to what's going on.
